Are children invited?

Whilst we love your little ones, we kindly ask that the wedding is a child free event, however infants under the age of one are welcome.

We would love for your children to join us for the recovery!

How do I get there?

We know some of you are coming from very far away. As the wedding begins at 1.00PM on Friday, we recommend planning your travel accordingly.

Mungindi is 130km North West of Moree.

When Sam & Soph make the trip to Mungindi, they often stay the night half way to arrive fresh and early!

What is the Wedding Dress Code?

We would love you all to dress up with us! The dress code for our Wedding is Black Tie.

Gentlemen, black suits and bow ties.

Ladies, think long formal dresses. Our Wedding will be taking place in the garden, so we recommend avoiding stiletto heels.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation envelope and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What is the Recovery Dress Code?

Whilst we would love everyone to join in with our Double Denim dress code, please feel welcome to wear whatever you are most comfortable in!

What weather can we expect?

Of course, we can’t guarantee the weather, however Mungindi in September is usually lovely.

In the event of wet weather, the roads from Moree to Cleveland are completely sealed, so you will still be able to make it!

Is there parking?

There will be clear signs for where you can park your car, caravan or swag when you arrive.

Staying for the whole weekend?

We would love for you to extend your stay for the whole weekend.

Friday, 12th September

  • Check-in for all staying overnight from 10:00am at the Cleveland Village.

  • A light lunch will be available from 11:00am at the the Cleveland Village.

  • Guest arrival for the wedding festivities is at 1:00pm. If possible, please check in to Glamping before this.

Saturday, 13th September

  • From 8:00am, a coffee van and light breakfast will be available at the Cleveland Village.

  • Recovery at the homestead from 10:00 am!

  • All meals will be provided throughout the day, including a recovery brunch and BBQ dinner.

Sunday, 14th September

  • Breakfast will be provided at the Cleveland Village before departure.
